(Alaska Stat. § 18.60.068) - Employers must post a notice that
contains provisions of this chapter relating to toxic and hazardous

repeatedly violates this provision may be assessed by the
commissioner a civil penalty of not more than $70,000 for each
violation. Except when a settlement is negotiated, the commissioner
