(1988), as amended.

(7 CO ADC 1103-1) - Every employer subject to this wage order must display a wage order poster in an area frequented by employees where it may be easily read during the work day. If the work site or other conditions make this unpractical, the employer shall keep a copy of this wage order and make it available to employees upon request.

(7 CO ADC 1101-3) - Every employer shall continuously post a notice to employees in one or more conspicuous places on the employer's work site advising employees that the employer is insured for workers' compensation as required by law, identifying the name of the employer's insurance carrier or stating that the employer is self-insured, and containing information about the Colorado workers' compensation system on a form prescribed or approved by the Division and furnished by the carrier or self-insured.

Workers' Compensation - Notice to Employer of Injury Workers' Compensation Division -

(CO Stat. §8-43-102) - Every employer who has permission to be its own insurance carrier pursuant to section 8-44-201 or who participates in a public entity self-insurance pool pursuant to section 8-44-204 shall display at all times in a prominent place on the workplace premises a printed card with a minimum height of fourteen inches and a width of eleven inches with each letter to be a minimum of one-half inch in height, which shall read as follows:

WARNING: IF YOU ARE INJURED ON THE JOB, WRITTEN NOTICE OF YOUR INJURY MUST BE GIVEN TO YOUR EMPLOYER WITHIN FOUR WORKING DAYS AFTER THE ACCIDENT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 8-43-102(1.5), COLORADO REVISED STATUTES. IF THE INJURY RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF ALCOHOL OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, YOUR WORKERS' COMPENSATION DISABILITY BENEFITS MAY BE REDUCED BY ONE-HALF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 8-42-112.5, COLORADO REVISED STATUTES.

Unemployment Insurance - Unemployment Insurance Division -

(CO Stat. §8-74-101) - Every employer shall post and maintain notices to inform his employees that he is subject to the "Colorado Employment Security Act" and has been so registered by the division. Such notices shall be conspicuously posted at or near work locations after an employer's account number has been assigned by the division and shall be supplied by the division in reasonable numbers and without cost.
