(CT Stat. 46a-97) - (a) Any employer, employment agency or labor
organization which fails to post such notices of statutory
provisions as the commission may require pursuant to subsection
(13) of section 46a-54 shall be subject to a fine of not more than
two hundred fifty dollars.
