provision of this Act or of any regulations issued under this Act
shall keep a summary of this Act approved by the Director, and
copies of any applicable regulations issued under this Act or a
summary of such regulations, posted in a conspicuous and accessible
place in or about the premises wherever any person subject to this
Act is employed. Employers shall be furnished copies of such
summaries and regulations by the State on request without
charge.

(IL Stat. Ch. 820 §305/6) - Every employer within the provisions
of this Act, shall, under the rules and regulations prescribed by
the Commission, post printed notices in their respective places of
employment in such number and at such places as may be determined
by the Commission, containing such information relative to this Act
as in the judgment of the Commission may be necessary to aid
employees to safeguard their rights under this Act in event of
injury.

(IL Stat. Ch. 820 §405/700) - Each employer shall post and
maintain printed statements concerning such regulations or such
other matters as the Director may by regulation prescribe in places
readily accessible to individuals in such employer's service. Each
employer shall supply to such individuals copies of such printed
statements or materials relating to claims for benefits as the
Director may by regulation prescribe. Such printed statements shall
be supplied by the Director to each employer without cost to the
employer.

(IL Stat. Ch. 410 §82/20) - "No Smoking" signs or the
international "No Smoking" symbol, consisting of a pictorial
representation of burning cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a
red bar across it, shall be clearly and conspicuously posted in
each public place and place of employment where smoking is
prohibited by the Act and this Part, by the owner, operator,
manager, or other person in control of that place.
