(104 Kentucky Administrative Registration 1:010) - An employer,
employment agency, licensing agency and labor organization, shall
post and maintain at its establishment equal employment opportunity
notices. Equal employment opportunity notices shall be posted and
shall be readily apparent to an employee and applicant for
employment. They shall be posted: (a) in easily-accessible and
well-lighted places; and (b) at or near each location where the
employee's services are performed.

(Kentucky Revised Statutes § 337.325) - Every employer subject to
any provision of the Kentucky Minimum Wage Statute shall keep

is employed.

(Kentucky Revised Statutes § 342.610) - Every employer subject to
this chapter, at its principal office and such other locations
where employees customarily report for payroll and personnel
matters, shall post a notice stating the name of its workers'
compensation insurance carrier and policy number, setting forth the
means to access medical care for injuries, the employee's
obligation to give notice of accidents, and such other matters
concerning the employee's rights under this chapter as may be
required by the commissioner so as to afford every employee the
opportunity to become informed about the employer's workers'
compensation program.

(Kentucky Revised Statutes § 339.400) - Every person employing
minors under (18) years of age shall post and keep conspicuously
posted in the establishment wherein any such minor is employed,
permitted, or suffered to work, a printed abstract of the child
labor laws, and a list of the occupations prohibited to such
minors, together with a notice stating the working hours per day
for each day in the week required of them.

civil penalty of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more
than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for violation of this
