(8 MO ADC 60-3.010) - (1) Every employer, labor organization,
employment agency or other business or establishment covered by
Chapter 213, RSMo (1986) shall post a commission equal employment
poster in a place where other employee notices are posted or in a
conspicuous place where employees will have access to it.

(MO Stat. 290.522) - Every employer subject to any provision of
sections 290.500 to 290.530 or of any regulations issued under
sections 290.500 to 290.530 shall keep a summary of sections
290.500 to 290.530, approved by the director, and copies of any
applicable wage regulations issued under sections 290.500 to
290.530, or a summary of the wage regulations posted in a
conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises wherein
any person subject thereto is employed. Employers shall be
furnished copies of the summaries and regulations by the state on
request without charge.

(MO Stat. 287.127) - 1. Beginning January 1, 1993, all employers
shall post a notice at their place of employment, in a sufficient
number of places on the premises to assure that such notice will
reasonably be seen by all employees.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: Any employer
who willfully violates the provisions of this section shall be
guilty of a class A misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of
not less than fifty dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, or
by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months or
by both such fine and imprisonment, and each such violation or each
day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate
offense.

(MO Stat. 288.130) - Each employer shall post and maintain in
places readily accessible to the employer's workers printed
statements concerning benefit rights, claims for benefits and such
other matters related to the administration of this law as the
division may by regulation prescribe. Each employer shall supply to
workers copies of any printed statements relating to claims for
benefits when and as the division may by regulation prescribe. Such
printed statements and other materials shall be supplied by the
division without cost.
