(ORC Sec 4112.07) - Every person subject to the Ohio Fair
Employment statute shall post in a conspicuous place or places on
his/her premises a notice that sets forth excerpts of relevant
information that the commission deems necessary to explain the
civil rights of employees.

is subject to a civil action for damages, injunctive relief, or any
other appropriate relief.

(OC Sec. 4111.09) - Every employer subject to the Ohio Minimum
Wage statute, shall keep a summary of the sections and copies of
any applicable rules issued there under, or a summary of the rules,
posted in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the
premises wherein any person subject thereto is employed.

(ORC Ann. 4109.08) - Every employer who employs minors shall keep
on the premises, a complete list of all minors
employed by the employer and a printed abstract of the law, which
shall be posted in plain view in a conspicuous place which is

by the largest number of minor employees, and to which all minor
employees have access.
