(ORC Sec 4112.07) - Every person subject to the Ohio Fair
Employment statute shall post in a conspicuous place or places on
his/her premises a notice that sets forth excerpts of relevant
information that the commission deems necessary to explain the
civil rights of employees.

(OH Stat.ยง 3794.06) - Ohio voters recently passed a law that
prohibits smoking in essentially all enclosed workplaces. The new
law requires employers to post "no smoking" signs that contain the
