(25 Oklahoma Statutes § 1302) - Every employer shall conspicuously
post a notice that references the prohibition against
discrimination in employment in relation to race, color, religion,
sex, national origin, age, or handicap.

(40 Oklahoma Statutes § 197.6) - On and after August 1, 1965,
every employer, subject to this act, shall post a notice or notices
of the pertinent provisions of this act in such form as may be
prescribed and furnished by the Commissioner. Said notice shall be
not less than eleven (11) inches by seventeen (17) inches in size
and shall be displayed in such a manner so as to be accessible to
all employees in each establishment under the control of the
employer.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: Any employer failing to post
the notice required by Section 6 of this act shall be punished by a
fine of not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00), and each week
he fails to post such notice shall constitute a separate
offense.

(85 Oklahoma Statutes § 43) - The Oklahoma Department of Labor
strongly recommends that every employer keep posted in a
conspicuous place, where any person under 18 years of age is
employed, permitted, or suffered to work, a printed notice
complying with the Child Labor Provisions as mandated by the Fair
Labor Standards Act and the statutes of Oklahoma.
