regarding earned income tax credits. The poster informs employees
that they may be eligible for federal and state earned income tax
credits and may apply for the credit on their tax returns or
receive the credit in advance payments during the
year.

(Va. Code Ann. § 40.1-51.1) - Every employer, through posting of
notices or other appropriate means, shall keep the employees

(VA Code Ann § 40.1-51.1) - Every employer subject to the workers'
compensation act shall post and keep posted, conspicuously, in the
plant, shop or place of business at a location frequented by
employees, notice of compliance with the provisions of the act.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: Failure by an employer to give
such notice to an employee may constitute waiver of the notice
defense pursuant to § 65.2-600 of the Code of Virginia.

(Va. Code Ann. § 60.2-210) - Each employer shall post and maintain
in places readily accessible to individuals in its services all

violates any provision of this title or any valid rule or
regulation promulgated pursuant to it, for which a penalty is not
provided, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Each day that
