(WA Stat. 51.14.100) - (1) Every employer subject to the provisions of this title shall post and keep posted in a conspicuous place or places in and about his place or places of business a reasonable number of typewritten or printed notices of compliance substantially identical to a form prescribed by the director, stating that such employer is subject to the provisions of this title. Such notice shall advise whether the employer is self-insured or has insured with the department, and shall designate a person or persons on the premises to whom report of injury shall be made. (2) Any employer who has failed to open an account with the department or qualify as a self-insurer shall not post or permit to be posted on or about his place of business or premises any notice of compliance with this title and any willful violation of this subsection by any officer or supervisory employee of an employer shall be a misdemeanor.

Unemployment Insurance - Unemployment Insurance Division -

(WA Stat. 50.20.140) - Each employer shall post and maintain printed statements of such rules in places readily accessible to individuals in his or her employment and shall make available to each such individual at the time he or she becomes unemployed, a printed statement of such rules and such notices, instructions, and other material as the commissioner may by rule prescribe.

(WA Stat. 49.78.340) - Each employer shall post and keep posted, in conspicuous places on the premises of the employer where notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily posted, a notice, to be prepared or approved by the director, setting forth excerpts from, or summaries of, the pertinent provisions of this chapter and information pertaining to the filing of a charge. Any employer that willfully violates this section may be subject to a civil penalty of not more than one hundred dollars for each separate offense. Any penalties collected by the department under the [this] section shall be deposited into the family and medical leave enforcement account.

No Smoking - Tobacco Prevention and Control Program -

(WA Stat. 70.160.050) - Owners, or in the case of a leased or rented space the lessee or other person in charge, of a place regulated under this chapter shall prohibit smoking in public places and places of employment and shall post signs prohibiting smoking as appropriate under this chapter. Signs shall be posted conspicuously at each building entrance. In the case of retail stores and retail service establishments, signs shall be posted conspicuously at each entrance and in prominent locations throughout the place.
