(a) Employers to Post Notice.Covered employers shall provide notice to their employees of the right to request CFRA leave under the California Family Rights Act. If the employer publishes an employee handbook which describes other kinds of personal or disability leaves available to its employees, that employer shall include a description of CFRA leave in the next edition of its handbook which it publishes following adoption of these regulations.
