(RSA 354-A:23) - Every person, employer, employment agency, labor
union, real estate agency and rental office subject to this chapter
shall post in a conspicuous place or places on his premises a
notice, which shall set forth excerpts of the human rights chapter
and such other relevant information which the commission deems
necessary to explain the chapter.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: Any employer, employment
agency, real estate agency, rental office or labor union refusing
to comply with the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a
violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any
other person.

(RSA 279:27) - Every employer subject to a statutory minimum wage
shall keep a copy of such statutory minimum wage posted in a
conspicuous place in every establishment in which employees are
employed.

(RSA 282-A:114) - The commissioner of the Department of Employment
Security shall require every employer to post the text of the
unemployment insurance chapter.

(RSA 275-E:7) - Every employer shall post such notices as are
prescribed by the commissioner of labor as a means of keeping such
employer's employees informed of their protections and obligations
under the Whistleblower Protection Act.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: Failure to comply with the
provisions of this section or rules adopted by the commissioner of
labor shall be a violation for each day of noncompliance.

accessible to his employees an abstract of this subdivision
regarding protective legislation.

fails to comply with the posting requirement of this chapter shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor.

(RSA 277-A:5) - Every employer whose employees handle, use, or are
otherwise exposed to any toxic substance during the course and
scope of their employment shall post a notice, written in clearly
understandable non-technical language, in a conspicuous location
accessible to the employees and as close to the work area as
possible containing the word "Warning" in large letters and all the
following information on each toxic The name or names of
the substance to which employees may be exposed: (a) The acute and
chronic hazards of exposure to the substance; (b) substance;
Symptoms of exposure and over-exposure, including known behavioral
effects; (c) Proper Appropriate emergency treatment for exposure
and over-exposure; (e) (d) Procedures for conditions for safe use
of and exposure to the substance; (f) Procedures in case of fire
or cleanup of leaks and spills of the substance; (g) other
environmental changes which would result in increasing the
substance's hazardous or toxic properties.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: Any person who violates any
provisions of this chapter shall be liable for a penalty of not
more than $2,500 for each such violation, to be collected in a
civil action by the commissioner of labor. If the violation is of a
continuing nature, each day during which it continues shall
