(N.M. Stat. Ann. § 28-1-14) - Every person who is subject to the Human Rights Act, except an individual selling houses, shall keep posted in a conspicuous place on his premises notices which shall set forth excerpts of the Human Rights Act and other relevant information as determined by the secretary.

Minimum Wage - Department of Workforce Solutions -

(N.M. Stat. Ann. § 50-4-25) - Every employer subject to the Minimum Wage Act shall keep a summary of it posted in a conspicuous place on or about the premises wherein any person subject to the Minimum Wage Act is employed, and the summary shall clearly and conspicuously set forth the current minimum wage.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: Any employer who violates any of the foregoing provisions shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) or more than three hundred dollars ($300) or by imprisonment for not less than ten nor more than ninety days or by both such fine and imprisonment.

(N.M. Stat. Ann. § 50-9-5) - Each employer shall, through posting of notices at the place or places where notices to employees are normally posted or other appropriate means, keep his employees informed of their protections and obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, including provisions of applicable regulations.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: Any employer who violates any of the posting requirements as prescribed by the Occupational Health and Safety Act shall be assessed a civil penalty not to exceed seven thousand dollars ($7,000) for each violation.

Workers' Compensation - Workers' Compensation Administration -

(N.M. Stat. Ann. § 52-3-19) - Each employer shall post, and keep posted in conspicuous places upon his premises where notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily posted, a notice that advises workers of the requirement to give the employer notice in writing of the disablement within fifteen days of its occurrence. The failure of an employer to post the notice required in this subsection shall toll the time a worker has to give the notice in writing up to but no longer than the maximum sixty-day period.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: The director shall impose a penalty on any person who violates any provision of the New Mexico Occupational Disease Disablement Law or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to that act. Unless specified otherwise in the New Mexico Occupational Disease Disablement Law, the penalty shall be a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), subject to the director's discretion.
