Non-mandatory Change
The Indiana Workforce Development office has added a web address
and a phone number to the poster. Indiana employers are not
required to update their state labor law poster as a result of this
change.

6/3/10 - Non-mandatory Changes to Kansas Labor Law
Posters
Recently there were non-mandatory changes to the Kansas
Unemployment poster and Kansas No Smoking poster. The Kansas No
Smoking poster has been changed to reflect the removal of the words
"2010 House Bill 2221 (Law) Kansas Indoor Clean Air Act". The
Kansas Department of Health has reissued the poster simply by
stating that "smoking is required by state law". The Kansas
Unemployment Insurance poster was updated to reflect a new web
address and new hours of operation. Kansas employers do not have to
update their state labor law poster as a result of these
changes.

Compensation Poster
An address change to the Department of Industrial Accidents has
been added to the Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Poster.
Employers are not required to update their labor law poster for
this change.
6/23/10 - Non-mandatory Change to Massachusetts Public
Sector Poster
Recently there was a non-mandatory change to the Massachusetts
Right to Know poster. The poster was updated to reflect additional
officials and a new fax number for the Division of Occupational
Safety. Only Massachusetts employers in the public sector
(government)are required to post the Right To Know poster. They are
not required to update their labor law poster as a result of this
change.

There has been a non-mandatory change to both the private and
public sector Maryland OSHA posters. They have been updated to
reflect the new Secretary of Labor, Licensing and Regulation,
Alexander M. Sanchez. Maryland employers are not required to update
their state labor law poster as a result of these changes.
