Minimum Wage - Bureau of Labor & Industry -

(Oregon Revised Statute Sec. 653.050) - Every employer required to pay minimum wage to any of the employer's employees shall keep summaries of all rules promulgated by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries and all rules promulgated by the Wage and
Hour Commission posted in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises where such employees are employed.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: The Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries may assess a civil penalty not to exceed $ ‑ 1,000 against any person who willfully violates the posting notice regarding Minimum Wage rights.

(Oregon Administrative Rule 437-001-0275)- Every employer shall inform affected employees by posting, copies of the unedited notice of the Safety and Health Protection on the Job poster where it will readily be observable by affected employees (for example, a location where employees report each day or at a location from which the employees operate to carry out their activities).
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: If the employer fails to comply with the requirements of this statute, the Administrator may assess a
civil penalty of not more than $ 1,000 for each violation.

(OR Stat.§ 659A.180) - Each covered employer must display the Bureau of Labor and Industries Family Leave Act notice. The notice must be displayed in each building or worksite in an area that is accessible to and regularly frequented by employees.
PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE: Failure to post the Family Leave Act notice is an unlawful employment practice as provided in ORS 659A.001(12).
