this act or any order, rule or regulation under this act for which
no specific penalty is provided is guilty of a misdemeanor and
shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00),
imprisoned not more than sixty (60) days, or both. Each day of
violation is a separate offense.
